Made Card Automatic Payment Authorization

Terms and Conditions

By enrolling in automatic payments ("Autopay") for your Made American Express Credit Card, you authorize mCard Technologies, Inc. and Lead Bank to automatically debit your designated payment account according to the following terms

Payment Options

1. Full Statement Balance: Your entire statement balance will be paid each month
2. Minimum Payment Due: Only the minimum payment shown on your statement will be paid (this is the minimum amount due to keep your account in good standing)
3. Fixed Amount: A specific amount you designate (must be at least equal to the Minimum Payment Due)

Authorization

By enrolling in Autopay, you:

1. Authorize recurring electronic withdrawals from your designated payment account for the payment option you select
2. Acknowledge that payments will be processed on the Payment Due Date shown on your monthly statement, which will be at least 25 days after the close of each billing cycle
3. Understand that if the Payment Due Date falls on a weekend or holiday, the payment will be processed on the next business day
4. Agree to ensure sufficient funds are available in your designated payment account on the payment date
5. Understand that if your Fixed Amount selection is less than the Minimum Payment Due, we will automatically increase the payment to the Minimum Payment Due for that billing cycle

Notifications

1. You will receive an email confirmation immediately after enrolling in Autopay
2. You will receive an email receipt after each automatic payment
3. You will be notified at least 10 days before the scheduled payment

Changes and Cancellation

1. You may change your Autopay preferences or cancel Autopay at any time through the Made website, mobile app, or by contacting Customer Support at least one (1) business day before the scheduled payment date
2. Canceling Autopay does not cancel your obligation to pay amounts owed on your account
3. If your card number or expiration date changes, your Autopay enrollment will automatically continue
4. We may amend this agreement at any time, with or without notice
5. We may revoke your right to participate in Autopay at any time for any reason, but written notice of such revocation will be provided

Additional Payments

1. You may make additional payments beyond your Autopay amount at any time using the Made website, mobile app, or other available payment methods
2. For any automatic payment, we are authorized to reduce the amount of the debit previously disclosed on your billing statement by the amount of any payments or credits applied to your account prior to the scheduled debit date

Account Closure

1. If your Made Card account is cancelled and there is an outstanding balance, we will continue to automatically debit your designated account unless you terminate participation in Autopay
2. If you close your designated payment account, you agree to cancel or change your Autopay settings to enable us to stop initiating debit transactions

Important Disclosures

1. Autopay is optional and is not required to maintain your Made Credit Card account
2. You have the right to revoke this authorization at any time
3. If you dispute any automatic payment, you must notify us within 60 days after the payment appeared on your statement

By enrolling in Autopay, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to these terms and conditions.
