When a covered item breaks down, request service any time, online at my.cinchhomeservices.com or by calling (800) 476-1705, and pay a $200 deductible.
Repair
Cinch finds a pre-screened service provider in your area to diagnose and fix the covered problem. If it can’t be repaired, it could be replaced.
Relax
The plan helps pay the bill, and the covered repair is guaranteed for 180 days.

What is the HVAC Protection Plan?
It is a home warranty plan that covers $2,000 per plan year on your HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) system, including accessible ductwork, refrigerant, failures due to rust and corrosion, and unknown pre-existing conditions, when there are mechanical failures due to normal wear and tear. How much does the plan cost?
The plan is included with your Made for Home Card.1 A $200 deductible applies each time you request service.
How do I request a repair?
Request service 24/7 at my.cinchhomeservices.com or by calling (800) 476-1705. Cinch will send a pre-screened service provider in your area.
What is Emergency Lodging Reimbursement?
It reimburses lodging expenses up to $1,200 if your only cooling or heating system is non-operational for 24 hours or more from the time of the first service visit because of a delay in getting repair parts. You can stay at any hotel or motel: up to six nights at a maximum of $200 per night, or twelve nights at a maximum of $100 per night. One claim per 12-month period, at your primary residence. How do I get reimbursed for a locksmith?
If you’re locked out of your home, contact a local locksmith, pay for the service and keep your receipt. Call (800) 476-1705 to submit your receipt for reimbursement of up to $50, once a year.
How does the $25 filter credit work?
After your plan activates, you’ll receive instructions by email to redeem a $25 credit toward a qualifying A/C or heating filter, enough to cover most standard filters.
What does 24/7 access to referrals mean?
You get around-the-clock access to contact information for Cinch’s network of pre-screened service providers for any home repair need, not just HVAC. This is a referral service only; you pay the provider directly for any repair work. Call (800) 476-1705.
